"Sevens will be played in the Juegos Deportivos Sudamericanos for the first time this year. The games are in Buenos Aires, but it looks like the sevens will be in Mar del Plata, down the coast. No word on the countries competing yet, but the participating nations are: Argentina, Aruba, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Netherlands Antilles, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela.
